What is Superagent?+
Superagent is the agency path for brokerages and partner operators managing multiple linked agents. You earn a 0.1% override on completed homeowner jobs from agents in your approved agency network, for up to 10 years after agency approval.
How do homeowner and contractor referrals pay?+
Homeowner (poster) referrals pay a tiered percentage on completed job value for the commission window. Contractor referrals pay 0.5% on completed jobs for six months. Superagent override applies to linked agents' homeowner jobs only, not contractor job volume.
How are referrals tracked?+
3Bids issues referral links and tracks signups, job activity, commission status, and payout readiness in the affiliate dashboard.
When do payouts happen?+
Commissions clear after a 7-day hold, then batch on the first Monday of each month when you meet your tier minimum and Stripe Connect is ready.
